Our NEOPOLITAN was inspired by the ice cream.  It starts with a graham cracker crust, then a layer of Chocolate, Plain, then Strawberry cheesecake, topped with cream cheese icing rosettes.  This is one of our seasonal flavors; available from early May thru the end of June.
