Our STRAWBERRY is so much better than the typical plain cheesecake with strawberries on top!  We simmer whole strawberries until they are reduced to intensify their flavor & then incorporate them throughout the cheesecake.  Baked on a graham cracker crust & topped with a simple cream cheese icing rosette on each slice, it comes with our homemade strawberry sauce on the side.
