Our WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY is one of our best selling cheesecakes. It starts with a chocolate cookie crust, a white chocolate cheesecake filling interspersed with half a pound of whole raspberries, & has a raspberry glaze swirled on top.
BTW, we put our cheesecake on an old fashioned record turntable set at 78rpm to achieve the swirl pattern.
