Our TIRAMISU is one of Hank's personal favorites.  It starts with a chocolate cookie crust, a layer of cappuccino cheesecake dusted with cocoa, then a layer of homemade ladyfinger soaked in rum & dusted with more cocoa, & finally a layer of rum cheesecake.  It is topped with our own special chocolate ganache design, then sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon & a generous dusting of cocoa.
