Our IBARRA MEXICAN CHOCOLATE is one of the best chocolate desserts you will ever encounter.  We start with our Double Chocolate cheesecake & add chunks of Ibarra (a granulated chocolate with cinnamon imported from Mexico), cinnamon & pure almond extract.  It is baked on a chocolate cookie crust & sprinkled with toasted almonds, then drizzled with chocolate & white chocolate glaze.
