Our CHOCOLATE SWIRL isn't just plain cheesecake marbled with chocolate.  We developed a recipe with just the right balance of sour cream & creme de cacao to compliment the chocolate swirled throughout.  It is baked on a chocolate cookie crust & topped with chocolate.
