Our BLACK FOREST CAKE is one of the prettiest cakes we bake.  We start with our Chocolate Cake, then we fill the center with a brandied cherry sauce loaded with cherries.  We then ice the sides with our chocolate ganache, & top it with fresh home-made whipped cream, cherries, and a scattering of chocolate.  
This cake must be ordered at least one day in advance.
